David Kinsley Bitzer, 48, passed away May 28, 2020, at the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca.
David was born in Anderson, SC, a son of Jerry and Dianne Jones Bitzer of Central. He was a 1990 graduate of D.W. Daniel High School where he played football, and was a self-employed welder and construction worker. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the Pittsburgh Steelers, working on cars and anything mechanical. He enjoyed passing the football with his nephew, Drew, and good times with many friends including Steve Coleman and Chad Hagood.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Michael Bitzer and wife, Andrea Anders of Salisbury, NC; a nephew, Andrew Bitzer; and many friends.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Saturday, May 30, 2020 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens. The service can be viewed at the bottom of the page.
The family will greet friends from 2 to 2:45 PM, prior to the service on Saturday, at the funeral home.
