David Keith Edney

David Keith Edney, Sr. 64, husband of Royce Ann Eidson Edney, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Born in Spartanburg, a son of the late William Brian Edney and the late Pauline Calloway Edney, he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed classic cars and spending time with his family, especially his precious grandchildren. Mr. Edney retired from SMP (formerly Lucas) after over thirty years of service. He attended Pathway Church in Easley.
Surviving, in addition to his loving wife, are sons, David Keith Edney, Jr. (Lori) and Bryan Edney (Wendy), both of Powdersville; brothers, Billy Edney (Connie) of Greenville and Ronnie Edney of Orange County, CA; a sister, Pam Williams of Easley; grandchildren, Emily, Katie, Bryan Roy, and Avery; and his mother-in-law, Marion Eidson of Powdersville.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law, Roy "Bop" Eidson.
A private graveside service will be held Friday, December 18, 2020 at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
