David Wayne Misner

David Wayne Misner, 22, of 127 Rockmont Road, went home to be with and to walk with Jesus. He is in Heaven, rejoicing because he was looking forward to being out of the wheelchair and running to see Jesus.
Born in Greenville County on May 18, 1988, David was the son of Wayne D. Misner and the step-son of Sandra Misner of Easley. He was a graduate of Liberty High School in 2008 and was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church and Rick Baldwin's Sunday School Class.
David is the beloved grandson of Willis and Mary Misner of Rockmont Road, Easley. David also leaves behind a brother, Jason Blum of Dillon and a sister, April Blum Peterett of San Diego, Calif.; the extended loving family of Roger and Diane Newton of Pickens, Brent and Jennifer Moore and children of Pickens, Verlin and Angie Frye and children of Nashville, Tenn ;several aunts and uncles which he loved, Debbie Lanier of Jupiter, Fla, Roy and Martha Johnson and Reba Grant of Easley.
David loved his many cousins and friends and they loved him too.
David left behind several special friends, Dr. Gary Goudlock of Easley, Charles Burch of Seneca, Mike Brown of Anderson and Kristen Mauldin of Liberty.
David was predeceased by his mother, Wendy Taylor Misner.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m.,Tuesday, June 01, 2010 at Jones Avenue Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service, at Jones Avenue Baptist Church. The Body will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m.
The Team For Christ College and Career Class Adults will serve as Honorary Escorts.
