David A. Ward - Pendleton, SC David Andrew Ward, 65, of 112 Summers Drive, died Sunday, December 7, 2008 at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson. Born in Memphis, TN, he was a son of the late Eldon Norfleet and Naomi Tinney Ward. He was retired from Clemson University where he was a Professor of Sociology. Surviving are a son, David Andrew Ward, II of Myrtle Beach; and a brother, Eldon "Bud" Ward of Pendleton. A Celebration of Life will be 11 AM Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Clemson Outdoor Lab, Kresge Hall.
