Deborah "Debbie" Luke Poole, 52, of 960 Lenhardt Road, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2008, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.

Debbie was born in Memphis, TN, but claimed Mississippi as her true home. She was the daughter of Mary Cresswell Luke of Picayune, MS, and the late James Irvin Luke and was employed with Fluor Corporation for over twenty-five years as Project Services Manager for the Alcoa Alliance. Debbie was of the Methodist faith.

In addition to her mother, she leaves behind her husband, Vernon Clayton "Clay" Poole, Jr., of the home; two sons, Benjamin Nathan Poole of Greenville and Phillip Andrew Poole of Easley; and a brother, Jim Luke of Picayune, MS.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.

The family will also receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Friday November 28, 2008, at Collinsville United Methodist Church in Colllinsville, MS. The funeral service will follow in the church sanctuary at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Collinsville United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 9114 Church Road, Collinsville, MS 39325.

The family is at the residence.
