Debra Ann Holliday

Debra Ann Holliday, 68, of Central, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 27, 2024.

Born in Aiken County, SC, she was the daughter of the late James and Frances Kelley Murphy. Debra worked as a warper for Greenwood Mill and was a longtime member of Gap Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed listening to music, reading, and watching TV, especially soap operas. Her greatest joy in life was her family and she loved her time with them, most importantly the time with her grandson.

Debra is survived by her daughter, Amanda Hasson (Roy) of Six Mile; grandson, Matthew Hasson; sister, Micky Chandler of Six Mile; brothers, Jerry Murphy of Dunkirk, New York and Timbo Murphy (Angie King) of Central.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Randy Michael Holliday, and brothers-in-law, Ricky Chandler and Joe Holliday.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Gap Hill Baptist Church, 127 Gap Hill Road, Six Mile, SC 29682.

A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
