Mrs. Delores Kimmey, 76, wife of the late Joseph Patrick Kimmey, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 at McCall Hospice House.
Born in Inverness, Florida, one of six children to the late Robert Joseph and Edna Lee Rooks Lane, Mrs. Kimmey was the former owner and operator of a skating center and campground in Texas, and was a member of the East Easley Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary LeGrand and her husband C. Jay LeGrand of Liberty; and two grandchildren, Gabrielle LeGrand, and Danielle Zecher and her husband Nick Zecher.
Funeral services will be noon Thursday, September 26, 2013 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
