Denear McCauley Godfrey Knupp, 90, of Easley, wife of George Lamont Knupp, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Emenitus in Greenville.
Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Lee Roy and Daisy Jackson McCauley. Mrs. Knupp retired from Primier Investment Company were she was a bookkeeper for 26 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Easley.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jim Godfrey; a daughter, Diane Martin; step son , Bill Knupp; step daughter, Sheri Houston; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM unti 2:45 PM Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Memorial may be made to Easley First Baptist Church, 300 East First Ave, Easley, SC 29640.
