Denise Stephens Fogarty, 54, of North C Street, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of Ed and Opal Gastley Stephens of Easley, Denise was employed with Cryovac and a member of Arial Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a son, Brandon Durham (Meranda) of Easley; two daughters, Sha Davis (Keith) of Key West, FL and Meagan Fogarty; two sisters, Joan Parsons (Danny) of Liberty and Wanda Waldrop (David) of Easley; four grandchildren, Nathaniel Crowe, Landon Durham, Brandon Durham and Hope Davis.
A celebration will be at noon Saturday at Grace Church in Powdersville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 3535 Pelham Road, Greenville, SC 29615 or to Children's Hospital, 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
The family is at the home of Brandon and Maranda Durham, 400 Clarendon Drive, Easley, SC 29640.
