Dennis was known for his tasty recipes. He found great joy in serving others and loved cooking. In his career he prepared meals for the engineers and staff at Flour Daniel / Engineering, as well as the students and staff at Furman University. Loved cooking for gatherings of family and friends.
He enjoyed traveling throughout the North and Southeast to visit family and friends, making special memories at theme parks and relaxing days at the beach. His visits to see his father in North Carolina were among his most treasured times.
Dennis liked to attend meetings, assemblies, and conventions of Jehovah's Witnesses with his wife and children, drawing strength and joy.
He was an avid movie enthusiast and enjoyed watching the anime series Dragon Ball Z. Music was also dear to his heart, and his favorite artist were Biggie Smalls and Mary J. Blige. Above all, Dennis treasured the moments he spent with his beloved grandchildren.
More than anything, Dennis will be remembered for his deep and abiding love for his family and all his children — a love that was steady, generous, and unconditional.
