Dennis Wayne McNeely, 68, of Lavonne Avenue, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late James L. McNeely and Ervie Lee Lolley McNeely.

Wayne was retired from Alice Manufacturing, Foster Plant, after 40 years of dedicated service and was a member of Arial Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was also a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his siblings, Roy McNeely (Debbie) of Easley, Margaret McNeely Ballenger (Mac) of Travelers Rest and Annette Emound (Frank) of Bryant Pond, ME.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, September 24, 2017 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.

The family will be at their respective homes.
