Derek Lawrence Bayne, 37,husband to Kara Crouch Bayne, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
Born in Greenville, a son to Phillip Bayne and the late Olivia Smith Bayne, he was a member of the Neighborhood Church in Easley who loved motorcycles, guns, and most of all, his family.
Mr. Bayne proudly served his Country and retired from the US Army, 101st Airborne Division. He was a Mason, a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, and also retired from the South Carolina National Guard.
Surviving, in addition to his father are brothers, Brian Bayne (Jennifer) of Seneca and Lee Clark (Cindy) of Powdersville; a sister, Amy Giles (Stewart) of Easley; and Patricia Clark of Powdersville, who was his earthly mother.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018, at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at the funeral home.
