Charlotte Diane Brown, 60, of Simpsonville, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Johnny and Beatrice Timms Holcombe.
Diane was previously in restaurant management having helped start up several businesses in the area. She loved her family dearly, especially spending time with her grandchildren, and enjoyed reading. She proudly served her country in the US Army from 1979 until 1981 stationed in Germany for a year.
Surviving are her son, Timothy "Butch" Brown (Erica Herbert) of Easley; grandchildren, Hydeia, Ayanna, Zylik and Alijah Brown; a sister, Tammy Porter of Simpsonville; and a lifelong friend, Tracie Earle.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Courtland Brown, and two brothers, Barry Holcombe and Mitchell Brown.
A memorial service, to honor Diane, will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 18, 2020 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Scroll to the video player below to view the service.
