Diane Ruehl Niemeyer, 82, formerly of Clemson, widow of Robert E. Niemeyer, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Residences at Park Place in Seneca, SC.

Born in Chicago, IL, she was a formerly employee of the Holly Hill Inn and Restaurant in Clemson and was a member of Lawrence Chapel United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Chris and Bette.

In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a daughter Vicki Niemeyer.

Graveside services will be 11 AM, Friday at Lawrence Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Peggy Garland officiating.

Friends and family will gather in the church fellowship hall following the service.
