Mrs. Dolreze Martin Howard, 86, of 102 Maple View Court, Apt. D, Central, loving wife of the late Reid Olin Howard, Sr., passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Howard was born in Bessemer City, NC on March 27, 1929 to the late Robert Joseph and Aurie Nelson Martin. She spent her life as a homemaker and lived to see five generations of her family. Mrs. Howard was a member of Central Church Of God.
Mrs. Howard is survived by two sons; Olin Howard (Kim), of Pendleton, and Gerald Howard (Chrissie), of West Union, SC; two daughters; Brenda Collins (David), of Blacksburg, SC; and Janice Howard of the home; and two sisters; Louise Arflin of Belton; and Nina Reams of Seneca. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
In addition to her loving husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a son; Ronald Howard; a brother; Clyde Martin; and a sister, Betty Joe Howard.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 2, 2015 in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery in Liberty.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at the Funeral Home.
The family is at the residence.
