Don Collins, 54, of 120 Melissa Road, passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital.
Born in Marion County, a son of the late Billy Brown and Fancy Mae Collins, Mr. Collins retired as a welder in the construction industry and had served with the US Army.
Surviving are his wife, Anne Vomacka Collins of the home; a son, Don Ashley Collins of Aynor; a daughter, Rozalind Collins of Aynor, a brother, Carl Johnson of Conway; a sister, Daisy Johnson of Conway; and three grandchildren, Ariel Collins, Loreena Collins and Katlin Collins.
A memorial service held at the residence at a later date.
