Donald Howard McClellan

Donald Howard McClellan, 76, husband of Shirley Armstrong McClellan, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 18, 2019.

Born in Greenville County, a son of the late Frank McClellan and the late Leona Walker McClellan, he was a maintenance mechanic for National Electric Carbon Corporation for forty-five years. Howard enjoyed woodworking, mechanical work, going to the beach, and spending time with family. He was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving, in addition to his loving wife of fifty-five years, are daughters, Andrea M. Elrod (Danny) of Piedmont and Tiffany M. Vaughn (Lane) of Simpsonville; sisters, JoAnn M. Williams (Carol) of Rock Hill and Ruth McClellan of Easley; and grandson, Daniel C. Elrod of Piedmont.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
