Donald "Don" Roger Noel

Mr. Donald "Don" Roger Noel, 88, husband of Laura Ann Bianchini Noel, passed away Sunday, January, 18, 2026.

Born in Waterbury, CT, a son of the late Edward Noel and the late Flora Vignault Noel, Mr. Noel received his Associate Degree from Waterbury State Technical College, retired from Eyelets Industries and was a member of Blessed Trinity Church. He loved the outdoors and especially gardening, hiking, and playing tennis, but his greatest love was for his family, being a dedicated husband, father and grandfather, and making sure his family was always provided for. He will be missed by all that loved and knew him. Mr. Noel was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Korean War.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of sixty-four years, are his son, Donald Noel (Caroline) of Easley; his daughter, Karen Noel of Black Mountain, NC; a brother, Robert Noel of Corpus Christi, TX; a sister, Florence Laliberti of Waterbury, CT; a grandson, Anthony Phillip Noel of East Haven, CT; and two great-grandchildren, Bailey Rose Wilcox and Carla Grace Wilcox. In addition to his parents, Mr. Noel was predeceased by a brother, Leo Noel; and a sister, Irene Shaw.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
