Donald "Don" Linnie Wilson, 72, of 106 Emile Street and husband of Dot Kelley Wilson, died Thursday, October 19, 2006 in Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Piedmont, Mr. Wilson was a son of the late Guy and Ella Davenport Wilson. He was a retired truck driver with Ryder Truck Lines a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, and was a US Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Surviving in addition to his wife are: two sons, Donnie Wilson of Piedmont and Mike Wilson and wife Karen of Easley; one grandson, Blake Wilson and one granddaughter, Katie Wilson.
Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Dr. David Gallamore and Rev. Tim Ballard officiating. Burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:45 PM, Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642.
The family is at the home.
