Charles Donald (Donnie) Garrett, 70, of 108 South Fourth Street, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at his home.
Born in Easley, SC the son of the late Charlie H. and Margaret Owens Garrett, Donnie retired from Hiott Printing Company and was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda Parker Garrett of the home; two sons, Chuck Garrett (Lisa) and Andy Garrett (Candy), both of Easley; a daughter, Melanie Garrett (Jimmy) of Easley; two sisters, Brenda Kelley (Bill) of Sunset, UT, and Becky Kelley (Skip) of Monroe, GA; and six grandchildren, Lindsey Garrett, Austin Aker, Amber Garrett, Nik Chapman, Alex Chapman and Jennifer Chapman.
Memorial services will be at 4:00 PM Wednesday at St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be from 3:00 until 4:00 PM at the church, prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 309 Pelzer Highway, Easley, SC 29642.
The family is at the residence.
