Mr. Donnie D. Mewbourn, 71, of Belton, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
Donnie was born in Anderson County on February 7, 1944 to the late John Dixon Mewbourn and Eunice Darby McDowell. He loved hunting, the outdoors, his chickens and his coon dogs and was of the Church Of God Faith.
Donnie is survived by his wife who loves him and misses him very much, Lucille Mewbourn of Easley; two sons; Ricky Mewbourn and his wife Susan of Honea Path, SC; and Ronnie Mewbourn and his wife December of Easley; and a daughter; Lynn Sailors of Piedmont. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Arleecie Mewbourn and one granddaughter.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date
The family will be at their respective homes.
