Mrs. Doris Granger Chapman, 75, wife of William Charles "Bill" Chapman, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 at McCall Hospice House.

Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Bruce and Eunice Porter Granger, Mrs. Chapman was a graduate of Pickens High School and Draughon's Business College. She retired from Hoechst Celanese and was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of fifty-five years, are a daughter, Lisa R. Burnett (Ken) of Inman, SC; two brothers, Alvin and Fred Granger, both of Pickens; a sister, Marilyn Murrell of Easley; and a grandson, Zackery Campbell.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, May 30, 2016 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Entombment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Sunday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
