Mrs. Doris Johnson Chapman, 82, formerly of Easley, wife of the late Pat Withrow Chapman, passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 at Southern Oaks Assisted Living.
Born in Easley, SC, a daughter of the late Leo Vitrulius and Louise Cooper Johnson, Mrs. Chapman was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son, Lee Chapman (Kim) of Greenville; a daughter, Jeannie Dunn (Don) of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren, Cristy Chapman and Jonathan Chapman (Amber); and two great-grandchildren, Ansley and Kylee Moser. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Chapman was predeceased by a brother, Charles Johnson and a sister, Hazel Looper.
Graveside services will be 10 AM Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley, where the family will receive friends immediately following the service.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff members of Southern Oaks Assisted Living and Journey Hospice for the love and care they provided to Mrs. Chapman.
