Dorothy Bagwell Allgood, 84, of 327 West Front Street, died Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.
Born in Easley, a daughter of the late E. Foster and Ruth Hinton Bagwell, Mrs. Allgood retired from Duke Power Company in Liberty and was a member of Liberty First Baptist Church. She was also a volunteer at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley, serving over 9,300 hours.
Surviving are two sons, Roger Allgood of Houston, TX; and William Allgood and his wife Sherry of Camden, SC; four grandchildren, Roger Allgood III and his wife Jamie, Jennifer O'Brien and her husband Clay, all of Houston, TX, William Allgood II and Allison Allgood, of Atlanta, GA, and three great-grandchildren, Ash-Leigh Allgood, Madalyn and Courtney O'Brien, all of Houston, TX. Mrs. Allgood was twice married, first to the late Roger Allgood then to the late Joel Allgood.
Funeral services will be 2:00 Thursday June 22, 2006 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, with Reverend Travis Bowers officiating. Burial will be private.
