Dorothy Sue Pike Ferguson, 88, wife of the late, Olon Henry Ferguson, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Ferguson was born in Pickens County and was a daughter of the late, Thomas and Ruth Gillespie Pike. She graduated from Winthrop University and worked in administration for Anderson County Schools. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Surviving are one son, Mark Ferguson and his wife, Karen, of Central; five grandchildren, Katherine, Corbett, Austin, Christian, and Theresa Ann Ferguson.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Alan, George and James Thomas Ferguson; a daughter, Kathleen Martin; a sister Jean Bryant; and a grandson, Brian Ferguson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
