Dorothy Louise Beaver Leier, 89, formerly of Huntington, IN, wife of the late Louis Leier, died Saturday, November 10, 2007, at Oakmont West Living Center.
Born in Lancaster Township, IN, the daughter of the late Marion Arthur and Celeste Pearl Koch Beaver, Mrs. Leier was a 1936 graduate of Lancaster High School and a member of First United Church of Christ of Huntington. She was a member and officer of the Royal Neighbors of America.
Surviving are a daughter, Diana West of Easley; a son, Robert Leier of Daphne, AL; a brother, William Beaver of Fort Wayne, IN; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Leier was predeceased by a brother, Arthur Beaver.
Services and burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery in Huntington, IN.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Diana West, 729 Shefwood Drive, Easley, SC 29642.
