Drew Michael Miller, 26, of 715 Old Clemson Highway, died Monday, May 18, 2009 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.
Born in Charleston, WV, he was the son of Thomas Drew and Brenda DeBord Miller of Charlotte, NC. He was a graduate of Clemson University where he obtained a BS Degree in Biology and taught 7th & 8th grade science at Gignilliat Park Academy in Seneca. He was a member of Clemson Presbyterian Church and worked with the youth program at the church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Cheryl Dianne Wright Miller of the home; a sister, Loren M. Taylor of Charlotte, NC; and maternal grandmother, Annie DeBord of Charleston, WV.
Funeral services will be 4 PM Friday at Clemson Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. David Sinclair and Rev. Brian Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens in Clemson.
Visitation will be Thursday night from 6 PM until 8 PM at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; 6931 Arlington Road; Bethesda, MD 28014.
The family is at the home.
