Duane Harris Gilstrap

Duane Harris Gilstrap, 87, of Easley went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday February 22,2022. Born in Pickens County, he is the husband of Mildred Moser Gilstrap and the son of the late Ernest Otto Gilstrap and Henrietta Harris Gilstrap.

Duane attended Galilee Baptist Church where he preached and taught Sunday School. In addition to preaching at Galilee, he preached at Six Mile Southern Baptist Church, Pendleton Street Baptist Church in Easley and several other churches in Pickens and Oconee counties. Duane truly loved his church families.

A visitation will be held 1 pm until 1:45 pm Monday February 28, 2022 at Galilee Baptist Church. A service will follow the visitation at 2pm at the church. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley, South Carolina. The church address is : Galilee Baptist Church 123 Galilee Church Road Easley, South Carolina 29642.
