Earl Milton Pym, Jr., 74, of Easley, beloved husband of Linda Herndon Pym, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 4, 2020.
Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Earl Milton Pym, Sr. and Ruby Patton Pym. Milton was an Army Veteran, a member of Mt. Airy Baptist Church and loved his family very much. He enjoyed woodworking, trains, singing southern gospel music and conducting choirs.
He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Pym Campbell (Chris) of Powdersville; son, Walter Joseph Pym (Jessica) of Neeses; grandchildren, Wesley Franks and Amanda Franks; brother, David Pym of Boone, NC; sister, Ruth Curtis of Boone, NC; and brother-in-law, Everett Perry of Graham, NC.
Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Ernest Pym and two sisters, Mary Jane Perry and Virginia Carson.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Airy Baptist Church. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland West Cemetery.
The family respectfully ask that visitors wear face masks and practice social distancing.
