Eddie Tolley

Mr. Morris Edwin (Eddie) Tolley, 70, husband for fifty years of the late Shirley Anne Bagwell Tolley, went to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, June 24, 2018.
Born in Salem, S.C., Mr. Tolley was a son of the late Robert Lincoln Tolley and Louise Talley Hall (Curtis). He graduated from Liberty High School, Class of 1966. He retired from Alice Mfg. Company after 24 years of employment, he served as a S.C. State Constable, and he worked for Easley Combined Utilities for 15 years. Mr. Tolley was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, and loved the Lord, Jesus, and his church. Mr. Tolley loved spending time with his family, and he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, Karate (3rd Degree Black Belt), and target shooting. Mr. Tolley was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Surviving are a son, Scott Tolley (April) of Easley; a daughter, Angela Thompson (Jeff) of Easley; three sisters, Lothel McCue (Ron), Dianne Bright, and Debbie Wallace, all of Easley; four grandchildren, BreAnn Adcox, Allyson Pomeroy, Ellison Tolley, and Hutchins Tolley, all of Easley; and a soon to be great-grandchild, Scarlet Mae Pomeroy.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Rock Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. David Gallamore officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Wednesday at Rock Springs Baptist Church prior to the service.
