Edith "Ann" Watson Emory, 88, wife of the late James "Jimmy" Barton Watson, of Easley, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025.
Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late James Clinton and Wavie Estel Spake Cooper.
Ann had a deep love for reading and travel, and was a devoted member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
Ann is survived by daughters, Deborah Watson Patterson (Steve) of Piedmont, Rebecca Watson Patat of Easley, and Kimberly Watson Reeves (David) of Piedmont; a brother, Steve Cooper (Peggy) of Travelers Rest; a sister, Nancy Cooper Black of Easley; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Cooper Thomas.
A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
