Edith Rouda Finley, 96, of Easley and wife of the late Ossie C. Finley, went to be with the Lord Wednesday January 8, 2014 at Manna Health and Rehab.
Mrs. Finley was born in Greenville County, SC, the daughter of the late Milton J. and Hester D. Seigler Rouda. Mrs. Finley was a homemaker, a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and the Ida Looper Bible Fellowship Class.
Surviving are two sons, Roy Hampton Finley (Sherry), of Chesnee, SC and Milton Eugene "Gene" Finley, of Easley, SC; two daughters, Diane F. Forrester (Leroy) and Jane F. Fowler (Tom), all of Easley, SC; 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great, great-great-grandchildren..
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Rock Springs Baptist Church with the Reverend Dr. David Gallamore and the Reverend Don Pilgrim officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 1:45 pm Saturday, prior to the service, at the church.
Memorials may be made to Rock Springs Baptist, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642
