Edith Ellison Lankford, 86, wife of the late James Bolt Lankford, Sr., passed Sunday, August 29, 2010, at Easley Living Center.
Born in Stone Mountain, GA, the daughter of the late B.D. "Lenhardt" Ellison and the late Ella Garren Ellison, Mrs. Lankford retired as a pharmacy tech with Greenville Memorial Hospital and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, James Bolt "Jimmy" Lankford, Jr., of Central; three daughters, Shirley Jean Cantrell of Debary, FL, Esther Evers (Gary) of Henderson, NV, and Lynn L. Culbreath of Easley; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lankford was predeceased by two brothers, Ray Ellison and Len Ellison.
