Edith Lollis Reeves, 92, beloved wife of 76 years to the late Glenn Terror Reeves, passed away at her home on Monday, August 19, 2024.
Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Willie Hyson Lollis and Ethel Blackwell Lollis.
Mrs. Reeves retired from Mayfair Mills, Glenwood Plant, after 50 years of dedicated service. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed cooking, especially biscuits, reading, drawing, gardening, and caring for others in the community.
Surviving is her daughter, Sandra Ann “Benji” Reeves Fulford of Easley; her grandchildren, Angela Jordan (Chris), Kayla Darby (Brad), and William Daniel Reeves II (Ashley); and great-grandchildren, Trinity Jordan, Katie Reeves, Claire Reeves, Wyatt Reeves and Campbell Reeves.
Mrs. Reeves was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, William Daniel Reeves; a sister, Elizabeth Sheriff; and a brother, Ray Lollis.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, August 22, 2024, in Westview Cemetery in Easley.
Flowers will be accepted.
The family will be at the home.
