Edmund William Staughton

Edmund William Staughton, 89, of Pendleton, husband to the late Grace Lucy Ovenden Staughton, passed away May 20, 2022.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he was the son of the late Edmund Stewart Staughton and Muriel Horner Wiltshire.  Mr. Staughton retired as a business manager in paving and road construction.  He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.

Mr. Staughton is survived by a son, Richard William Staughton and wife Jean of Acworth, GA; daughter, Deborah Lee Anthony and husband Alan of Pendleton; grandchildren, Jason Anthony, Ashley Murchison and husband, William and Cory Paul and husband Bradley.  He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Edmund is predeceased by his wife, parents and sisters, Joyce Reeve and Doreen Lynds.

A memorial service will be held Monday, May 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Memorial Garden.
