Helen Edna King Frazier, 91, of the Magnolia's of Easley, wife of the late Rev. John Truman Frazier, Jr., passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.

Born in the Fork Shoals Community of Anderson County, a daughter of the late John Washington King, Jr., and the late Carrie Woodson King, Mrs. Frazier was a graduate of Asheville Normal College and retired as a teacher with North Carolina schools. She was a member of Easley First United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sisters, Frances Wasson and Sara Wasson; nieces and nephews, John and Sherrie Brock, Ellen B. and Joe Borzelleca, Lou B. Fath, Gilbert and Karen Brock, Joyce Coates, Ligon King, Sylvia Wells, David Wasson, James H. Wasson and Johnny Wasson. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Frazier was predeceased by two brothers, Ralph King and Norman King, and a nephew, Leland King.

Graveside servies will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Greenville Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jim Correll officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund of Easley First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 582, Easley, SC 29641.

Family members are at their respective home.
