Edna Julian

Edna Mae Julian, 86, of 1103 Saluda Dam Road, died Thursday, November 22, 2007, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late John Lee and Cora Lee Smith Julian, Miss Julian retired from Belk's after more than thirty years of service and was a member of Georges Creek Baptist Church, where she belonged to the Ruth Sunday School Class and the Mary Richey Circle Group, and formerly sang in the church choir.
Surviving are three brothers, Rev. Ellis Julian of Cocoa Beach, FL, Ben Julian of Oklahoma City, OK and Leroy Julian, Jr., of Easley; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Miss Julian was predeceased by a brother, William H. Julian and a sister, Sarah Bruce.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Georges Creek Baptist Church with Rev. David Case and Rev. Joe Whisnant officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Honorary escorts will be members of the Ruth Sunday School Class and the Mary Richey Circle of the church.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown and will be placed in the church at 11:00 a.m. Saturday where the family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., prior to the service.
