Mrs. Edna Owens McClure, 87, wife of the late Roy E. McClure, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Capstone Health and Rehab, Easley.
Born in Banks County, GA, the daughter of the late Joseph Owens and the late Lillie Watson, Mrs. McClure retired from Swirl Manufacturing Company and was a member of Siloam Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Phyllis Jones and Virginia Bible, both of Easley; two grandchildren, Scott Childress and Jennifer Jones; and two beloved granddogs. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. McClure was predeceased by a son, Roy McClure, II; two daughters, Vivian and Barbara McClure; and two grandchildren, Cindy Childress and Jason Jones.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, July 13, 2015 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Monday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
