Edna Duncan Reese, 84, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 26, 2019. She was born in Pickens County September 16, 1934 a daughter of Abe and Addie Jackson Pitts.
Edna worked many years in the textile industry. She enjoyed playing Bingo, watching her favorite TV shows, and reading. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose in Easley and was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Edna is surived by her husband, Robert Reese; a son, Robert Duncan (Diann) of Liberty; daughters, Judy Irby of Central, Gail Duncan of Liberty, and Rhonda Fuller of Six Mile; 13 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Pitts (Racheal). In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by 8 siblings; and a granddaughter, Tara M. Dodson.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 29 at Memory Gardens in Clemson.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1:30 PM, prior to service at the Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, in Central.
