Mrs. Edna Carolinda Davis "Lin" Whitt, 82, wife of the late Archie Leroy Whitt, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at AnMed Health.
Born in Oconee County, the daughter of the late Jolly Frank "Buck" Davis and the late Edna Rosa Moore Davis, Mrs. Whitt was a graduate of Easley High School, a homemaker and a member of Glenwood Baptist Church. Lin was a loving mother and grandmother who loved the simple life. She will be deeply missed.
Surviving are a son, Phillip Scott Whitt of Anderson; a daughter, Cindy Whitt Boggs (Dale) of Belton; a brother, James W. Davis (Grace Ann) of FL; three grandchildren, Wesley Boggs (Ginger), Brittney Cooley (Jeremy) and Tyler Boggs (Taralyn); and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.
The family is at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Dale Boggs.
