Edward Eugene Lundy, 66, of Easley, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.


Born in Randleman, NC, he was a son of the late Roland Victor and Eldora Hepler Lundy. He was retired from J.P. Stevens after 20 years and was of the Baptist Faith.


Surviving are his wife, Nell Elizabeth Looper Lundy of the home; two sons, Ronald Lundy and wife Patricia of Greer, Alan Lundy and wife Tammy of Greenville; two daughters, Cynthia Chastain and husband Mark of Greer, Janet Noon and husband Joe of Fountain Inn; his step-mother, Louise Lundy of Randleman; four brothers, Clifford Lundy, Reuben Lundy, Harold Lundy, Lloyd Lundy, all of Randleman, NC; four sisters, Emily Shoemaker, Jeanette Lundy, Donna Pugh, Faye Bulla, all of Randleman; ten grandchildren,Tiffany Youngblood, Barrow Coursey, Nicole Freeman, Jordan Chastain, Chase Lundy, Cory Lundy, Connor Noon, Justin Lundy, Erin Chastain, Nathan Lundy; and a faithful companion, Mitzi (his little buddy). In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Roland Lundy.


Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Reverends Jim Ed Looper and Maxton Craven officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.


Visitation will be Thursday night from 6:30 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.


The family is at their respective homes.
