Edwin (Ed) Bernard Moore, 71, of 126 Legion St, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2006 at Palmetto Health Baptist.
Mr. Moore was born in Port St. Lucie, Fl, was a son of the late Frank V. Moore and the late Grace Tuten Moore Grice.
He was a graduate of Bowes Military Academy and attended University of Florida. He was a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict, was a retired Private Security Officer having worked with S.L.E.D., Pinkerton, and L and M Security. He was of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints faith.
He was an honorable man who was survived by his wife, Patricia Mathis Moore of Liberty; sons, Frankie V. Moore and wife Faye and Ricky Moore and wife Angela both of Easley, Edwin B. Moore Jr. of Liberty and Josh Paul Moore and wife Jessica of Pickens; daughters, Linda Grace Pannone and Nancy Ann Moore both of Easley; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a grandson, Jason Franklin Lee Chappell.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. The family will receive friends immediately prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
