Edwin Marvin Rampey

Edwin Marvin Rampey, 83, husband of Maudine James Rampey passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital Downtown Greenville.
Edwin was born in Pickens County, a son of the late Ferrell and Alo Barrett Rampey. He was a retired Master Sergeant in the US Air Force having served in the Vietnam war. Following his retirement he worked with Boeing Aircraft in St. Louis, MO.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his son, Randy Rampey and wife, Connie of Concord, NC; daughter Sheree Jay and husband, John of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachael and Christopher Jay.
In addition to his parents, Edwin was predeceased by his first wife Shirley Ann Thrasher Rampey.
Cryptside services will be 2 PM, Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Clemson.
Due to concerns with the Covid-19 Pandemic facial coverings will be required and social distancing protocols will be observed.
