Betty was born in New Haven, CT on March 5, 1924 daughter of Stephen and Lucille Mongillo Suraci. Betty was a retired bank associate. She was a loving mother who always put her family first. Her happiest times were when all of her children and grandchildren were visiting. In November, she traveled to PA with her daughter Lori to meet the latest addition to our family her great grandson, Liam. This was one of our greatest joys and we are so thankful for this.

Betty loved being outdoors. She spent hours in her garden, loved the beach and always had a year- long golden tan. She loved music especially opera. Betty was a wonderful hostess and loved company. She continued vacuuming, and ironing until days before her death. Betty will be remembered as kind, generous and fashionably dressed, and wasn't complete until she put on her lipstick.
We are comforted to know by her faith she is now in heaven.
