Elizabeth Annette Standridge Hooper, 37, of 204 Dean Street, died Monday, September 15, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital.

Born in Greenville County, the daughter John Standridge of Pickens and Elizabeth Duncan Lesley of Pickens, Mrs. Hooper was a graduate of Pickens High School and was employed with St. Jude Medical. She was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Kenneth P. Hooper of the home; a son, Brandon Hooper of Pickens; two brothers, John Randall Standridge with the US Navy stationed in Seattle, WA, and Kenneth Standridge of Six Mile; and her step-father, Charles Lesley of Pickens. Mrs. Hooper was predeceased by a brother, Robert Standridge and a sister, Crystal Standridge.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Jones Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Roger Couch officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley.

The body is at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and will be placed in the church at 2:00 p.m. Thursday.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.

The family is at the residence.
