Elizabeth Ann Ables Patterson

Elizabeth A. Patterson, 82, of Pendleton, wife to Wilton Patterson, passed away September 24, 2022.

Born in Central, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary King Ables.  Lib retired from Sew Fine Alterations in Anderson and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching college football, especially Clemson, going to Dyars Diner and Village Bakery.  Mrs. Patterson loved her family and the time spent with them and her granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Wilton Patterson; son, Mark Patterson and wife Dana; granddaughter, Sue Ann Patterson; brothers, Charles Ables and wife Janet and Edward Ables and wife Janice; sisters, Minnie Holcombe and Velma Moore.

Mrs. Patterson was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Bobby Ables and Jerry Wayne Ables.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Liberty. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at the church.
