F. Ellen Stone Nalley, 76, of 200 Lavonne Ave., wife of Cecil Eugene Nalley, was surrounded by her loving family when she went to be with her heavenly father Friday, August 29, 2014 at McCall Hospice House.
Born October 30, 1937 in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late E.M. and Pauline Burroughs Stone. Mrs. Nalley was an avid Easley High School and Clemson Tiger football fan, who enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She retired from Blue Ridge Nursing Center and attended Fairview United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, LaTresa Gilstrap (Greg) and Cecilia Hoxit (Chester); sister, Joretta Rampey (Harold); grandchildren, Tyler Gilstrap (Danon), Kyle Gilstrap (Tiffany) and McKenzie Hoxit; great-grandchildren, Bella Gilstrap and Raegan Gilstrap, and her canine companion, Milly.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Carl and Ed Stone.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, September 1, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
