Elois Sue Patty Horne

Elois Sue Patty Horne, 66, of Easley, wife of Robert Luftus Horne, passed peacefully Thursday, December 29th at St. Francis Hospital - Downtown in Greenville.
She was born in El Dorado, KS to the late Clyde Dewy Patty, Sr. and Bonnie Jean Morris Patty.
Sue was a member of Siloam Baptist Church in Easley for three and a half years. She loved to sew, and worked for many years for Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, KS before moving to South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Lee Simmons.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 4 years; sons, Ron Allen Knackstedt, Wallace John Knackstedt, and Kenny Knackstedt; daughters, Dawn Roach and Melinda Darlene Thornley; brothers, Jimmy Dean Patty, Clyde Dewy Patty, Jr., Billy Joe Patty, Roy Edwin Patty, and John Carr Patty; sisters, Judy May Cooper and Jeanie P. Taylor; 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Saturday, December 31st from 6:00PM to 7:00PM at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley. Final place of rest will be in Kansas next week to honor Sue's request.
