Elva Taylor Gannon, 89, 0f 107 Sabra Drive, formerly of Charleston, WVA, and widow of Lester B. Gannon, died Thursday, July 10, 2008 at the residence of her daughter.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Lanes Bible Church in Cross Lanes, WVA.
Surviving are: two daughters, Mary Carolyn Garton and husband, Charles of Easley, and Cathy Canterbury and her husband, Robert, of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Richard Allen Garton.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Wednesday, July 16 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, Cross Lanes, WVA.
The family of Mrs. Gannon would like to thank the staff at Heartland Hospice for their excellent care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice Services, 421 SE Main St., Simpsonville, SC 29681.
