Ethel McClellan McCollum, 94, of Naples, FL, wife of the late C.B. McCollum, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2012 at Atlantic Healthcare Center in Vero Beach, Florida.
She was a lifetime member of the Vero Beach area.
She was employed for many years as a waitress at restaurants in the Vero Beach area.
Ethel and C.B. were married on December 16, 1961.
Mrs. McCollum was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Vero Beach and was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Sebastian, FL.
Surviving are sons, Danny (Donnie) Knight of Rome, GA, Jerry Knight of Roseland, FL; brother, Rufus McClellan of Lawrenceville, GA; sisters, Louise Ercolin of Reno, NV, Carolyn Perry of Lawrenceville, GA; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mrs. McCollum was predeceased by a granddaughter, Wendy Knight, and brothers, Frank and Bill McClellan.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
